Authorities (Article 11). Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services reach our single point of contact at hello@schickit.com.
Users and recipients (Article 12). Anyone who uses schickit, or who has received a schickit link, reaches us at the same address: hello@schickit.com. A person reads and answers these messages.
You can write to both points of contact in German or English.

So that we can act on your report, please include:
- the exact address of the link, as shown in your browser's address bar
- what you consider illegal, and why
- your name and an email address where we can reach you
- if you report on behalf of a rights holder: whose rights are affected and in what capacity you act
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete
A person reads every report.
